At Divine Cakes by Mariana, we offer two convenient delivery options for our customers:

1. UPS Shipping: We ship our products using UPS to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that once the order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of UPS. We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during the shipping process. If any issues arise, please contact UPS directly to resolve them. We usually ship on Tuesday and Thursdays.

2. In-Store Pickup: If you prefer, you can pick up your order at our physical location during business hours. This option is free of charge. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

However, Divine Cakes by Mariana is not liable for any loss, damage, or mishandling that occurs once your package has been shipped.
